  1.   Ut-oh!!!!  You have made the most common mistake made when learning to use
  2. the Citadel BBS system.  When something says type:

  4.  .Help Policy
  5.  
  6.   You only need to type .H Policy.  Most of the time WHENEVER you are using
  7. the help menus or when you are learning new commands, type them slowly, and
  8. watch.  For most commands you only need to type the first letter of the word.
  9. Then Citadel adds the rest for you.  If it doesn't then add the rest yourself.
